So I attended this boot camp called Original Boot Campafter being forced by my manager. It so happened that this was what I needed to kick start my passion in working out again. I've been demotivated to even hit the gym these past few months. After a gruelling 1 hour session, I'm back in the game again.
I've been planning a NO-carb, high protein diet. Also a daily workout program that I will post on a daily basis.
Today's post will be covering a new post I stumbled upon called Nike Boom! It's a free app available in iTunes. Its a pretty nifty app if I were to be honest. What you are basically doing is setting up your training. How many minutes, play list, motivator voice box. More pictures after the jump.
Hey peeps! I know I know I've been missing for a while now. That's partly due to the fact that I have had a major injury on both my hamstrings and shoulders. Tearing your hamstrings isn't funny. To add more to my dimise I also dislocated my right shoulder. Ultimate frisbee can be brutal and I had to learn that the hard way.
So my goal setting failed, but hey! It ain't over yet! I'm still 30 until April 13th next year. I have virtually 11 months to get into shape. Hope you haven't given up on me and my journey yet!
