RESET

That's right. This blog is now officially on genesis mode. Everything read before this can be thrown out of the window. Goals set prior to this post shunned. New goals will be created.

I lacked motivation before this. Working out half way and then giving up. Come April this year I will be 31. Early this year I was partying with the family at a pub and I felt a certain numbness on my toes and it started to swell. I had my very first Gout attack. It is one of the most painful experience I've ever had. I am mostly human after all.

Now I'm as serious as ever. Stop my drinking habits. No drop of alcohol has touched my lips since February 7th 2012. Bought myself some supplements to help me with my journey to a body transformation.

Oh yes, this time it is going to be a daily update. Stay tuned. Possibly Vlogs as well.

Survived Boot Camp!

So I attended this boot camp called Original Boot Camp after being forced by my manager. It so happened that this was what I needed to kick start my passion in working out again. I've been demotivated to even hit the gym these past few months. After a gruelling 1 hour session, I'm back in the game again.

I've been planning a NO-carb, high protein diet. Also a daily workout program that I will post on a daily basis.

Survived Original Boot Camp!

They even have a trailer.

Nike BOOM!

Today's post will be covering a new post I stumbled upon called Nike Boom! It's a free app available in iTunes. Its a pretty nifty app if I were to be honest. What you are basically doing is setting up your training. How many minutes, play list, motivator voice box. More pictures after the jump.

First Light Training in Months!

So I started off with a light work out. Something to get my shoulders back into action again.

Warmed up with a little light cycle. Burning 146 Calories in 10 minutes cycling 3.95km.

Moving on to weights. Since the condominium I'm living in has no bench I had to live with the machine.

Hiatus

Hey peeps! I know I know I've been missing for a while now. That's partly due to the fact that I have had a major injury on both my hamstrings and shoulders. Tearing your hamstrings isn't funny. To add more to my dimise I also dislocated my right shoulder. Ultimate frisbee can be brutal and I had to learn that the hard way.

So my goal setting failed, but hey! It ain't over yet! I'm still 30 until April 13th next year. I have virtually 11 months to get into shape. Hope you haven't given up on me and my journey yet!
